Do we actually need Shopify Plus?
Maybe. Plus makes sense at $1M+/year revenue OR when you need B2B, custom checkout, or expansion stores. Under $1M and no advanced needs? Stay on Advanced and save $2,300/month. We'll tell you honestly in the free audit — we've talked plenty of merchants out of Plus when they didn't need it.

What about B2B — does Shopify Plus actually handle it?
Yes, well. Native B2B (customer catalogs, NET terms, quote-to-order, custom signup) was rebuilt in 2024 and now matches or exceeds Magento's B2B module for most merchants. Some advanced wholesale workflows still need custom apps — which we build.
What's the difference between Shopify Plus and Shopify Advanced?
Plus adds: lower transaction fees, dedicated launch manager, 9 expansion stores, Shopify Scripts, B2B native features, checkout extensibility, Flow automation, custom apps with private app permissions, and 200+ staff accounts. If you don't use these features, Advanced ($399/mo) is plenty.
