The way we work
- Remote-first — most of the team works from wherever they want. Optional office days for people who like in-person work.
- Fixed-scope projects — we sell defined service packages, so the work has a clear start, end, and definition of done. No infinite roadmaps.
- Real ownership — you own the customer relationship, the codebase, the outcome. We don't have layers of managers.
- Build things that ship — every project goes live within weeks, not months.
What we don't do
- Late-night client emergencies (we set expectations clearly upfront)
- Open-ended retainers with no scope
- Ten-hour daily standups
- Best Place to Work theatre with ping-pong tables and no actual flexibility
The team
We're a tight group of Shopify developers, designers, and ops folks. Most of us have been working with Shopify since before the App Store had 8000 apps. We learn from each other, ship together, and ship often.
